Can I cancel an order I’ve placed?

-Sure, as long as we haven’t processed the order, we can cancel and refund you. Please contact us immediately at support@repelica.com, so we can assist.

I received my order, but can I exchange it for a something else on the website?

-If you would like another color or product, please submit a request for refund at our Returns Page. You can order the item needed at your convenience.

When will I know my order has been shipped?

-Once your order has been packed, your shipping label will be generated, which will automatically email you the tracking information.

-Please note, all FedEx and DHL shipments are collected around 4pm PST, so tracking numbers will not show any movement on the website before this time. USPS tracking numbers may take an extra day as packages are collected in the morning.

How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days approximately (Mon-Fri) in the US, and 3-8 days worldwide. Orders placed after 1PM PST may take an extra day to deliver. Please note, during busy times, such as sales and holidays, US shipments may take between 7 to 14 business days and 20 business days for international orders.

How are prices calculated internationally?

-Prices are calculated daily from the current exchange rates and are approximate only. The final price is fixed and will be charged in USD. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

-Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, if applicable. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

-Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and are subject to change at any time. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any charges.
-If you choose to refuse the order at customs, once the package is returned to us, we will refund you for the product only. Shipping charges and customs taxes cannot be refunded or credited.

Repelica's Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened product for a refund or shop credit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Purchased directly from Repelica.com.
  • RMA request submitted and returning package received at Repelica within 30 days of delivery date. For approved requests, an RMA# and further return instructions will be sent via email.
  • Valid order # and RMA# included with the package. Return packages without an authorized RMA# may not be sent back.
  • Customer is responsible for all cost associated with returning product to Repelica.
  • Returned product must be unopened and in like-new, resalable condition.
  • Shipping charges / international taxes cannot be refunded or reimbursed.

    Repelica's Limited Lifetime Warranty:

    Repelica guarantees the quality and performance for the practical lifetime of our products. Items are only warranted to the original owner against manufacturer defects. Original, unaltered materials and workmanship are covered. We will gladly repair or replace the item at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/materials over time as a result of regular use.     Except as set forth above, Repelica makes no express or implied warranties and Repelica expressly disclaims any and all warranties including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MIGHT INCUR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL DAMAGES REFERENCED HEREIN AND ALL DIRECT OR GENERAL DAMAGES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE), THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF COMPANY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.     • Our fulfillment center operates Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST..

    • All orders, including express orders, placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Any payment authorization/verification, or national holiday may cause delays to your shipment.

    • For all orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery.

    • We unfortunately cannot ship to PO boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery.

    • We will be closed and shipments will be paused on these days to observe the following holidays:

      USPS Priority Mail – Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska & other US territories will be shipped via the United States Postal Service Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

      DHL Int’l – Orders placed before 11AM PST will be shipped same day, arriving the next 2-10 business days.
      FedEx Int’l Priority – Orders placed before 11AM PST will be shipped same day, arriving the next 2- 10 business days.
      FedEx Int’l Economy – Delivers Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
      United States Postal Service – Once package arrives in the destination country, it is passed on to that internal postal service. Check with your local postal service to inquire more details regarding the tracking. Delivers Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
      INT’L SHIPMENTS, PLEASE NOTE:
      -Shipping duration may vary depending on distance, customs and the courier. Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process. 

      The amount paid for the order does not reflect any importation taxes. We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes your country may charge for your package.
      -If you decide to reject the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded once we receive the package back. Initial shipping charges cannot be refund
